We offer kids group ski lessons in Zermatt, Switzerland.

Our group lessons are designed to ensure that children maximize learning in a fun and safe environment.

Our Ski Instructors are all bundles of fun, highly qualified and passionate about teaching skiing and looking after children. Children will progress with their skiing ability, make friends and learn about the mountain and the environment surrounding us.

We incorporate lots of little fun ways of learning whilst on the mountain to make sure children are never bored and go home excited to come back to ski school the following day! We only use Ski Instructors who are first aid trained, reference-checked, police-checked, highly qualified and experienced and of course, love teaching children.

Age specific groups helping the children to make new friends, build communication skills and develop a sense of teamwork

The Discoverers

3 - 5 Years Old

Our Discoverers group is designed for the “first time” skier with a more relaxed approach to learning to ski to ensure that their first time on the slopes is a positive one. We provide an ideal first skiing experience for this youngest age-group thanks to gentle guidance from experienced staff. We encourage self-expression, improvement of motor skills and coordination, exploration of the outdoor environment and team work.

Specialised and trained staff members are able to perfectly care for the well-being and needs of the younger campers, creating a fun, caring and secure environment.

In the afternoons you will have the choice to either continue skiing until 4pm or to finish skiing at lunch and in the afternoon join in with a structured programme of alternative activities, both indoors and outdoors. Activities include but are not limited to arts and crafts, sledging, ice skating, music time, kids yoga and pottery.

Helmets are compulsory.

Strict ratio of 1:4 for our youngest campers aged 3 -5 to ensure they are cared for appropriately

Blue Run Adventurers
6 - 12 Year Olds

Our Blue Run Adventurers will be developing their snowplough, moving towards plough-parallel turns by the end of the week.

Blue Run Adventurers will be out of the beginners area, ready to tackle blue runs and chairlifts.

The small groups will allow our instructors to focus on each child and foster their confidence and their skills.

Helmets are compulsory.

Red Run Explorers
6 - 12 Years Old

We encourage our Red Run Explorers to be more independent and step beyond their comfort zone.

Red Run Explorers will be comfortable on skiing red runs, and will be working on parallel turns.

They will be learning lots, having fun on jumps, bumps, small boxes and as the week progresses they will find confidence skiing more challenging terrain.

Helmets are compulsory.

Black Run Rovers
6 - 12 Years Old

Our Black Run Rovers are happiest skiing red and black runs, beginning the week comfortably skiing parallel.

Black Run Rovers will learn more advanced techniques such as short turns, and carving.

They will have a blast, explore the terrain and visit the park. The small group sizes will ensure an extremely safe learning environment as the children reach new levels of skill.

Helmets are compulsory.

Slopestyle Squad

12-17 year olds

The Slopestyle Squad is designed for advanced teenagers who are looking to be pushed with their skiing skills, meet teenagers their own age, learn new tricks and become more aware of mountain safety. Teenagers will be split into two groups: red and black, corresponding to the slope they feel most comfortable on.

Teenagers on this program will be able to take full advantage of the exhilarating opportunities provided by the exciting and varied mountain environment. Teenagers will develop key life skills required to safely enjoy the outdoors whilst simultaneously fostering independence.

The Slopestyle Squad will tackle moguls, jumps, rails, boxes and ski powder when there is some! The whole mountain will be opened up for them to enjoy with like-minded skiers. Our coaches are highly experienced and coach in a safe and responsible manner.
