In addition to our full-time permanent staff members, each day we use 3rd party companies and persons to act as sports experts and run certain activities such as hiking, biking, rock climbing and high ropes courses. For example, although we are all certified ski instructors, in order to ensure there is always 1 member of staff supervising at all times, we use an external ski school to carefully select individual instructors to instruct the children. We are not given instructors or coaches for activities at random. We undergo the same selection process when contracting these 3rd parties as we do when hiring our own staff.
