There is so much to do in Zermatt, you’re really spoilt for choice!
Hiking is only the beginning of the activities Zermatt has to offer… With the extensive Alpine environment at its fingertips, Zermatt is a great location for a host of adventurous activities. Thanks to its altitude you can be skiing in the morning and by the afternoon be in your shorts and t-shirts playing tennis or beach volleyball.
For the “lazy-days” Zermatt has a host of relaxing and interesting activities to puruse. You can take a stroll around the town visiting the churches and chapels, learn more about the history of Zermatt in the Alpine Museum, watch a film or simply admire the art and architecture of Zermatt’s own cinema, Vernissage, marvel at the fireworks display on the 1st of August, eat in one of Zermatt’s extensive range of world-renowned restaurants, or with a whole range of spa treatments and relaxation therapies in the Mont Cervin Hotel, lie back and relax and allow the therapists to work their magic!
For the more adventurous, in addition to the activities described on our Summer Camp page, such as mountain biking, The Forest Fun Park, summer skiing, Dirt Scooters and White Water Rafting, you can also enjoy a spot of Golf on the 9-hole golf course just outside of Zermatt or even take a helicopter sightseeing flight taking you eye-to-eye with 4000m peaks – an unforgetable experience!
For our kids camps, all sports and activities are geared towards developing the skills and physical fitness of each individual child. Through sport, campers are also encouraged to develop social, team building and leadership skills. Children already on a family holiday in Zermatt can join in from 9am until 4pm with daily activities. Your child will meet us at 9am, enjoy a full-day of amazing mountain activities, including lunch and snacks, and will be dropped off at 4pm. This is a great option if your child(ren) would like to spend a few days meeting new people, making new friends and experiencing some fantastic, challenging and fun activities.
